Ordering Multiple Items

I always combine all my items into one shipment to save you dollars on shipping.

As of right now I am having a slight problem getting the shipping and handling charges to add up correctly. If you are ordering multiple items and the shipping and handling charges are not adding up correctly please contact me and I will send you an invoice ASAP with the correct charges. I am working at getting this problem fixed and I appreciate your patience during this time.

Shipping

I normally ship through the United States Postal Service.  If you are interested in other shipping services please contact me and I will get you a quote on the shipping charges. I will always work with you, please just ask.

Most plant orders get shipped priority which takes 2 to 3 days. Most live animal packages can also be shipped priority although Express is always recommended due to the post office guaranteeing the delivery times. With Priority it normally takes 2 to 3 days but there have been a few times when it has taken longer.

I ship out on Mondays-Wednesdays. I do not like to ship other days due to the chance of the packages not reaching you before Sunday and since most items I sell are fragile and perishable I do not like to risk it. Again I can work with you and ship on other days if need be. Contact me if this is the case for you.

Guarantee

I guarantee all overnight express orders. If there is ever a problem Just contact me with a picture supporting your claim within 2 hours of the first attempt to deliver. I will exchange your items. Shipping is not included and is buyers responsibility.

Please remember that I am shipping live items therefore someone should be available to pick them up ASAP. If you ever need to make arrangements with me to make sure someone is home to receive the package just let me know. I will work with you.
