Shipping & Delivery
I make it a priority to get your orders shipped ASAP because I know when I order something online I am wanting it as soon as possible. I ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday for a Monday delivery. Most of the time I can turn orders around in 1 to 2 days but there are a few times it takes a little longer. I ship most of my items USPS priority which should take 2 to 3 days to reach you.
I package all live items to withstand extreme cold and extreme heat.
I do have live arrival guarantee on live plants and invertebrates. If there is a problem with your order I must be notified within 4 hours of the first attempt to deliver. Please unpack your order and lay it out. Take good photos so we can match the items up to your order. Refunds are never given on shipping charges. I encourage you to have your order shipped to your work address if you are not going to be home when USPS normally delivers your mail. Live plants sitting outside in the cold/heat for hours is not good and that is the reason the guarantee is for the first 4 hours.
Shipping is buyers responsibility on all exchanges or returns.
